Mark as Useful I've received calls from this number at least twenty times the last two days. When I answer the phone the call is either cut off or very hard to hear. I tried to call the number and there was music that played for several minutes. I gave up and hung up my phone. I'm sure it's a solicitor. It's extremely irritating because it's running up my cell phone bill.
